利用阳光照射裸露身体的一种体格锻炼方法。一般在空旷草地、海滩或阳台进行。日光中有紫外线和红外线，照射后可帮助皮肤合成维生素d，提高对钙、磷的吸收和利用，促使小儿正常发育，预防佝偻病。此外，阳光照射也可使脑神经活跃，代谢旺盛。
