美国侵略旧中国的一种政策。19世纪末，美国在侵略中国的争夺中受到英、法、德、日、俄等帝国主义的排挤，1899年美国国务卿海·约翰向这些国家提出，美国承认各国对中国的侵略和划分的势力范围，要求在中国全境分享各国侵略中国所攫取的一切权利，即“门户开放”“机会均等”。1921年英、美、法等国策划的华盛顿会议确认了这个政策。
