一切从人民群众集体利益出发的思想。是共产主义道德的基本原则。它要求在处理个人和集体的关系时，把集体利益放在第一位，个人利益服从集体利益。集体主义反对一切形式的利己主义，但承认和尊重正当的个人利益，并为个人的全面发展创造条件。
