汉语拼音：bù shǒu

为了便于编排、检索汉字，从众多的汉字形体结构中，分析归纳出一些相同的笔画构件，分别部类并列于所统属字之首，称作部首。如从“屿”“岩”“岭”等归纳出“山”部首，从“江”“湖”“海”等归纳出“氵”部首。《说文解字》归540部，《现代汉语词典》归189部。
