也叫四硼酸钠。无机化合物，化学式Na2B4O5（OH）4·8H2O。无色晶体，易溶于水。用作焊药、防腐剂、医药，也用于制玻璃等。

1. 矿物名。中药叫月石。白色柱状晶体，溶于热水，用于制造光学玻璃、医药、焊剂、试剂、搪瓷等。
