正式沟通（formal communication/Communication Object Official），是指组织中依据规章制度明文规定的原则和渠道进行的沟通。例如组织间的公函来往，组织内部的文件传达、发布指示、指示汇报、会议制度、书面报告、一对一的正式会见等，按照信息流向的不同，正式沟通又可细分为下向沟通、上向沟通、横向沟通、斜向沟通、外向沟通等几种形式。
