由食物、饮酒、药物、高血脂病等引起的一种家族性尿酸代谢失调症。在血流和关节内有过多尿酸和尿酸盐蓄积。可导致急性关节炎发作，以及皮肤、软骨内尿酸盐的沉积。以脚拇指关节炎最为常见，可在午夜因足痛发作而惊醒。
