肠壁淋巴管内的液体跟胰液、胆汁、肠液等混合而失去酸性所成的乳状液体。乳糜被吸收到血液中，是体内各种组织的营养物质。

1. 亦作“ 乳麋 ”。用乳汁或酥油调制的粥。
