太极拳锻炼形式之一。是一种双人配合练习项目。要求用巧劲而不是用硬力，以柔克刚，讲究沾连粘随、不丢不顶，多以弧线运动化解对方直线之力。舒松圆活，意趣浓厚。

1. 古代礼节作揖时的动作。

2. 琵琶弹奏指法之一。

3. 也叫太极对手。是太极拳运动中的一种双人徒手练习。有单推手、双推手等多种形式。推手时，双方必须保持手臂黏连不脱，在相互黏随的运转中使用方法，致使对方动摇或失去重心。
