1.视力缺陷的一种，能看清近处的东西，看不清远处的东西。近视是由于眼球的晶状体和网膜的距离过长或晶状体屈光力过强，使进入眼球的影像不能正落在网膜上而落在网膜的前面。

2.比喻眼光短浅。

1. 靠近观察。

   《韩非子·备内》：“明王不举不参之事，不食非常之食，远听而近视以审内外之失，省同异之言以明朋党之分。”
