爱和恨。

1. 犹好恶。

   《韩非子·说难》：“故 弥子 之行未变於初也，而以前之所以见贤而后获罪者，爱憎之变也。” 唐 元稹 《纪怀赠李六户曹崔二十功曹五十韵》：“投分多然诺，忘言少爱憎。”《明史·李默传》：“然性褊浅，用爱憎为轩輊。” 巴金 《忆鲁迅先生》：“我常常想到这个瘦小的老人，我常常记起他那些含着强烈的爱憎的文章。”

2. 指谗佞之人。谓只凭爱憎而无是非，故称。

   《南史·任昉传》：“ 齐明帝 深加器异，欲大相擢引，为爱憎所白，乃除太子步兵校尉，掌东宫书记。”《资治通鉴·魏明帝太和六年》：“﹝ 虞翻 ﹞欲諫不敢，作表以示 吕岱 ， 岱 不报。为爱憎所白，復徙 苍梧 猛陵 。” 胡三省 注：“谗佞之人，有爱有憎，而无公是非，故谓之爱憎。”

3. 谓憎恨。

   晋 袁宏 《后汉纪·献帝纪一》：“﹝ 董卓 ﹞刑罚残酷，爱憎相害，寃死者数千人。”
