反射面为球面的镜。可用以改变光路或成像。球面镜有凹、凸两种。凹面镜能使入射光会聚，而凸面镜则使入射光发散。在反射望远镜中用到凹面镜，汽车上供驾驶员看左右和后面车辆情况的观后镜是凸面镜。
