由麻疹病毒通过呼吸道引起的急性传染病。患者多为六个月至五岁小儿。初起有发热、流泪、咳嗽等症状，口腔颊黏膜出现特殊白斑，颈、胸、腹部、四肢皮肤相继出现斑丘疹。易发生肺炎合并症。接种麻疹疫苗可以预防。

1. 即痲疹。俗称“痧子”、“疹子”。由病毒引起的一种急性传染病，小儿最易感染。发病时先发高烧，上呼吸道和结膜发炎，然后全身起红色的丘疹，能并发肺炎、中耳炎、百日咳、腮腺炎等疾病。可接种疫苗预防。
