用来运货物或旅客的一种船，一般没有动力装置，由拖轮拉着或推着行驶。

1. 转载人或货物的小船。

   清 林则徐 《会谕义律饬交凶夷并遵式具结》：“既验之后，驳船装载入口，一般至少亦须两人押送，一大船分为驳船五六十隻，则押送约须百人。”《恨海》第七回：“ 伯和 解下两片金叶，代了船价，叫了驳船，载了行李，起岸，入了客栈。” 蔡东藩 许廑父 《民国通俗演义》第二九回：“他由 闸北 河道，坐驳船到 沪 。”

2. 一般指非自航的货船，它们可单只使用或编列成队后由拖船拖行或顶推船推行。内河中自航的驳船叫机动驳。
