4. 义和团成员之间的互称。

   吴永 《庚子西狩丛谈》卷二：“众闻予言，似已心怯。右一人復作排解语曰：‘师兄，他一向迷误，也须此刻可以回转过来，何妨再试一番。’左者曰：‘师兄言之有理，就请再试。’”

5. 称师父的儿子或父亲生徒中之比自己年长者。
