   《新华文摘》1981年第8期：“根据协议，停战线将以……实际控制线来划。”

4. 泛指双方经协商取得的一致意见。

   《人民文学》1981年第8期：“她从知青点参军后，和父亲达成过协议，对自己的出身绝对保密。”
