1. 基督教童话故事人物。相传为一白须红袍的老人，每年圣诞节前夜驾鹿橇自北方来，由烟囱进入各家，以礼物分赠儿童。一说，名 圣尼古拉 ，原为 小亚细亚 每拉城 主教，死后成为爱护儿童之神。至今西方各国有在圣诞节晚上扮成圣诞老人分赠儿童礼物的风俗。
