指骨骼肌、平滑肌等局部紧张，较长时间收缩。常由于中枢神经系统受刺激，肌肉本身受束缚、损伤或寒冷引起。如腓肠肌痉挛、胃痉挛等。

1. 肌肉突然紧张，不自主地抽搐的症状。
