中国民间舞蹈。北魏时期的百戏中,已有“长跷伎”,与今高跷十分相似。表演者身穿各种民族服装或古装,脚踩在装有脚踏装置的木棍上,木棍的长度依表演者需要而定,边走边表演。也指表演高跷用的木棍。
