有血缘关系的亲属。其中，父母子女、兄弟姐妹等确有血缘关系的称为自然血亲；实际上没有血缘关系、经法律确认为与自然血亲有相同地位的亲属称为准血亲或法律拟制血亲，如继父母与继子女、养父母与养子女。生育自己和自己生育的上下各代称为直系血亲，如父母与子女、祖父母与孙子女等；血缘上与自己同出一源的称为旁系血亲，如兄弟姐妹等。
