黑龙江最大支流。发源于中朝边界上的白头山天池，向西北流至松原市纳嫩江后折向东北，在同江市注入黑龙江。长2 308千米。流域面积54.55万平方千米。是中国东北地区主要水运干线，每年有5个月的结冰期。水能资源丰富。

松花江 [sōng huā jiāng]

1. 河川名。源出安东省长白山的天池。流经吉林省城至扶余县与嫩江会合，东流入黑龙江，为嫩江、黑龙江两省与吉林、松江、合江三省的界水。
