英文whisky的音译。以麦类为主要原料酿制的蒸馏酒。由麦类或其他谷物经麦芽糖化、发酵、蒸馏而制得。酒精含量30%～70%。以苏格兰所产最为著名，中国青岛也已有四十多年的生产历史。
