1.某些乐曲、乐章的基本部分结束后的结尾部分。

2.文学作品情节的组成部分之一。多指作品的最后一部分，交代故事的结局，或说明故事结束后人物的状况。在多幕剧中，指末一幕以后的一场戏，多用以展示人物的命运、事件发展的远景，有时也用以表现故事的结局。

3.指事情的结束阶段。

1. 戏曲名词。泛称诸宫调、唱赚、杂剧、传奇等脚本里大多数套曲中最末一曲。

4. 指事情的结束部分。

   马烽 《三年早知道》：“秋收已近尾声，田野里一片深秋的景色。” 魏巍 《东方》第三部第十一章：“东线部队在冰天雪地的 长津湖 畔的作战，也接近尾声。”
