外汇市场上远期汇率高于即期汇率的差额。远期外汇的一种标价方式。采用直接标价的外汇市场，即期汇率的数字加上升水数字，即得远期汇率的实际价格；采用间接标价的外汇市场，从即期汇率的数字减去升水数字，即得远期汇率的实际价格。商品交易中现货与期货之间的价格差额，也称升水”。

1. 旧时在调换票据或兑换货币时，因为比价的不同，比价高的一方应该向另一方收取一定的差额，叫升水。亦指这种应该收取的差额。
