认知科学 [rèn zhī kē xué]

1. 为研究人类思维方法及规律的一种综合性科学。认知科学是许多学科间的科际整合所产生的新学科领域，其所涉及的学科包括神经生理学、心理学、电脑、语言、数学与哲学等。其目的在探讨认知现象的机制与规律。其核心问题是：人类如何辨认物体？知识的表徵方式是什么？认知活动是受什么条件所规范？推理与解决问题过程的机制是什么？
