乙酰水杨酸的商品名。解热镇痛和抗血小板聚集药。可用于发热、头痛、牙痛、神经痛、关节痛；也可用于防治心脏冠状动脉和脑血管栓塞性疾病，如心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑中风等。
