人民法院就诉讼程序中的问题或补正判决书的笔误而作出的决定。适用于不予受理、管辖权异议、驳回起诉、财产保全和先予执行、撤诉、中止或终结诉讼、中止或终结执行、不予执行仲裁裁决、不予执行公证机关赋予强制执行效力的债权文书等。
