社会心理学名词。在紧急事件中由于有他人在场而产生的对救助行为的抑制作用。旁观者人数越多，抑制程度越高。产生原因主要有由于众人在场，社会责任被分散；个人不能确定该怎么做，想看看在场其他人怎么做，而其他人也有类似想法，等等。
