也叫长寿菜。一年生草本植物。匍匐地面。茎叶肥厚多汁，可食。全草供药用，能清热、解毒，治菌痢。苋（xiàn）。

1. 一年生肉质草本。茎多分枝，常伏卧地面，圆柱形，带紫红色。叶互生或接近对生，倒卵形，肥厚多汁。花淡黄色，生于枝端。全草入药，有清热、解毒、止泄的功用。又称酱板草。

   《朱子语类》卷七二：“莧、陆是两物。莧者马齿莧，陆者章陆，一名商陆，皆感阴气多之物。”
