简称联大”。联合国主要机构之一。由全体成员国组成，讨论和处理《联合国宪章》规定内的问题，包括审议联合国各机构的报告，改巡全理事会的非常任理事国，批准接受新会员国，任命秘书长等。联合国大会每年举行一届，如半数以上成员国或安全理事会要求，可以举行联大特别会议。重要问题需经三分之二多数国同意才能通过，一般问题只要半数成员国同意即可。
