一国行使主权范围内陆地、海域、江河湖泊的上空。领空界限以地面界限为依据，由上下垂直线来确定。外国飞机，特别是军用飞机未经许可不得进入别国的领空，否则将被看作是侵犯领土的行为。目前还没有划定领空的最高界限。
