文官的职务。在军队服务的各类非现役军人统称文职人员。

1. 文官的职事。

   《后汉书·第五伦传》：“於是争賕抑絶，文职修理。”

2. 指文官，对“武职”而言。

   《水浒传》第一一八回：“原来 歙州 守御，乃是皇叔大王 方垕 ，是 方腊 的亲叔叔，与同两员大将，官封文职，共守 歙州 。” 清 李伯元 《南亭笔记》卷七：“ 同治 间， 刘壮肃公 铭传 奉命防 陕 ，驻军 乾州 …… 刘 后改文职，益自谦抑。”
