简称流感”。是流行性感冒病毒引起的急性传染病。起病突然，先有畏寒、发热等全身不适，继有腰背、四肢酸痛，乏力，头昏，头痛，食欲减退，3-4日后症状逐渐减轻，年老体弱者可持续1-2周。部分病人可并发肺炎、中耳炎等。传染性强，尤其病后2日，应隔离治疗。
