用来交换的物品。人类用作商品的实际上大多数都是劳动产品，因此商品具有二重性：一方面能够用来满足人们的某种需要，具有一定的使用价值；另一方面凝结了一般人类劳动，具有一定的价值。商品是使用价值和价值的统一体。其价值量由生产它所花费的社会必要劳动时间决定。人们相互交换商品，实际上是互相交换各自的劳动。因此，商品是在物的外壳掩盖下的一种特定的生产关系。商品是一个历史范畴，社会分工和产品归不同的所有者所有是产生商品的两个历史前提。在不同社会制度下体现不同的生产关系。

1. 为交换而生产的劳动产品。具有使用价值和价值的两重性。
