法院审理案件公开进行。在我国，除涉及国家秘密、个人隐私、未成年人犯罪以及法律另有规定的案件外，一律由人民法院公开审理。不公开审理的案件，宣告判决仍公开进行。

公开审理 [gōng kāi shěn lǐ]

1. 法院开庭审理诉讼案件时，除诉讼当事人、关系人之外，任何第三者也可到场旁听。也就是说整个诉讼程序的进行，是完全公开的。
