1. 指身体。

   《礼记·檀弓下》：“骨肉归復于土，命也！”《三国演义》第一○五回：“ 平 叱曰：‘丞相新亡，骨肉未寒，汝焉敢造反！’”

2. 比喻至亲，指父母兄弟子女等亲人。

   《墨子·尚贤下》：“当王公大人之於此也，虽有骨肉之亲，无故富贵，面目美好者，诚知其不能也，不使之也。” 唐 沉亚之 《上寿州李大夫书》：“ 亚之 前应贡在京师，而长幼骨肉萍居于 吴 。”《京本通俗小说·冯玉梅团圆》：“兵火之际，东逃西躲，不知拆散了几多骨肉！” 郭沫若 《洪波曲》第十章四：“久别重逢，情逾骨肉。”

3. 指同姓的人。

   《宋书·王懿传》：“北土重同姓，谓之骨肉。”

   《平山冷燕》第六回：“莫怪文章生骨肉，謫来元是掌书仙。”
