1. 中药名。又名骐驎竭。

   明 李时珍 《本草纲目·木一·骐驎竭》：“此物如乾血，故谓之血竭。” 明 李时珍 《本草纲目·木一·骐驎竭》﹝集解﹞引 苏颂 曰：“今南番诸国及 广州 皆出之。木高数丈，婆娑可爱。叶似樱桃而有三角。其脂液从木中流出，滴下如胶飴状，久而坚凝，乃成竭，赤作血色。”《明史·李时勉传》：“ 时勉 於锦衣千户某有恩，千户适涖狱，密召医，疗以海外血竭，得不死。”《醒世姻缘传》第九五回：“却又要了血竭来到，热酒研化下去。”
