被覆在人和脊椎动物身体表面的部分。脊椎动物的皮肤分表皮和真皮两部分。有保护身体、调节体温、排泄废物等机能。毛发、指（趾）甲、汗腺等为皮肤的附属物。

1. 身体表面包在肌肉外部的组织。人和高等动物的皮肤由表皮、真皮和皮下组织三层组成，有保护、感觉、分泌、排泄等作用。
